Tom Heath

Clarity and hard work across a growing criminal practice, acting equally for the prosecution or defence but with valuable insights from his time in pupillage with the Crown Prosecution Service.

Tom Heath works very hard for his clients, providing clear and honest advice while ensuring he fights for the very best outcome. He is friendly and rigorous in his approach. He strongly believes in client care and easily builds good relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

He completed his pupillage with the CPS after appearing regularly as a county court advocate across the Midlands, prior to which he was a specialist prison law advocate for a leading national firm.

Tom Heath is equally adept at prosecuting and defending, and regularly appears in the Crown Court and magistrates’ courts.

As a Level 1 Prosecutor, he has been instructed in offences of violence, dishonesty and fraud, the production and supply of drugs, and sexual offences.

He is regularly instructed in relation to applications for bail, and appeals against conviction and/or sentence. He also has experience of cases involving youths.

Tom did his pupillage with the Crown Prosecution Service in the East Midlands.
